Frank Muret graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a B.S. in Business and minors in Psychology & Economics in 1967. Frank Muret graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. In 1972, he was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma, and all Oklahoma State Courts; U.S. District Court; Western District; 10th Circuit Court of Appeals; and, the United States Supreme Court.
